Terms & Conditions for Vedic Astrology Services

1.1These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of Vedic astrology services & consultations by Aspiring Guru (“Service Provider”) to the client (“You”). By booking a consultation, you agree to these terms.

2.1Services include Vedic astrology analyses, reports, and guidance during online consultations, based on birth details provided by you.

2.2These services are for informational and guidance purposes only. They do not replace medical, legal, financial, or any other form of professional advice.

3.1You agree to provide accurate name and birth information.

3.2You acknowledge that interpretations are based on the data you provide.

4.1The information you provide will only be used for Vedic astrology services and will not be shared with any third parties.

4.2Documentation, analyses, and consultations are strictly private and confidential.

4.3You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of analyses performed for you.

5.1Vedic Astrology is interpretative and outcomes are not guaranteed.

5.2The Service Provider is not liable for decisions made by you based on information provided during consultations.

6.1Fees are payable in advance via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or PayShap (South African clients) or PayPal (international clients).

6.2Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the consultation date will qualify for a full refund.

6.3Cancellations performed within 48 hours of the consultation date will qualify for a refund equivalent to 50% of the fee paid.

6.4Cancellation instructions can be sent via email to aspiringguru@outlook.com and must include proof of payment and your bank details (South African clients) or PayPal ID (international clients) required for refund processing.

6.5Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days upon receipt of your banking details (South African clients) or PayPal ID (international clients).

6.6Refunds will be processed via EFT or PayShap (South African clients) and PayPal (international clients).

7.1All charts, reports, and written content remain the intellectual property of the Service Provider.

7.2You may not reproduce or distribute these materials without written consent from the Service Provider.

8.1These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of South Africa.

8.2Any breach of these Terms & Conditions by either party will entitle the non-breaching party to seek appropriate remedies under South African law, including but not limited to termination of future services, recovery of costs, and legal action where necessary.

8.3The Service Provider reserves the right to update these Terms and will notify clients of any changes.

9.1Information Collected — full name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth; required for the formulation of Vedic astrology charts, reports, and consultations.

9.2Purpose — to provide accurate Vedic astrology services and communicate interpretations of such with you.

9.3Storage & Security — Vedic astrology charts, reports and analyses are stored securely using encrypted systems with restricted access to the Service Provider only.

9.4Retention — Vedic astrology charts, reports and analyses will be retained unless you instruct deletion of all analyses previously completed for you and/or your partner/spouse and/or children.

9.5Your Rights — you may request access, correction, or deletion of any previous analyses performed for you at any time by emailing aspiringguru@outlook.com.

9.6Consent — by booking a Vedic astrology analysis & consultation, you consent to the usage of your name and birth information for the purpose stated in 9.2. Should you opt for the couple or family analysis & consultation, your partner/spouse and/or children also consent to the usage of their names and birth information for the purpose stated in 9.2.
