• Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the consultation date qualify for a full 100% refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the consultation date qualify for a 50% refund.
• No refunds are permitted for completed customized readings.

Refunds are processed via EFT / PayShap or PayPal within 5–7 business days of approval.

All charts, birth details, and consultations are strictly private, confidential, and securely stored using encrypted systems with restricted access. Users retain the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time.

• Consultations are scheduled exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays, in 1-hour slots per person.
• Sessions are conducted via WhatsApp or Microsoft Teams.
• Accurate birth analytics (full name, date, time, and place of birth) are required for precise calculations.
• Acknowledgement of these terms is mandatory before any booking is confirmed.
